What services does L.Z. Form Kft. provide?
L.Z. Form Kft. operates in three main service areas: medical device manufacturing, plastic injection molding and toolmaking. Each service is available independently, but they can also be combined into an integrated manufacturing process according to project requirements.
Medical device manufacturing
Since 2004, we have been manufacturing plastic and metal components for medical devices, as well as providing assembly and packaging services. In medical device manufacturing, a clean working environment, documented processes, traceability and disciplined quality management are especially important.
Plastic injection molding
At our plastic injection molding facility, we manufacture components for industrial and medical technology applications. Our partners operate in sectors including electronics, precision engineering, furniture manufacturing and medical device manufacturing. Our Engel, Demag and Fanuc injection molding machines provide a reliable production platform for projects with varying batch and series sizes.
Toolmaking
Toolmaking has been a core competence of our company since its foundation. Based on a sample part, 2D drawing or 3D model, we provide the design of plastic injection molds, the manufacture of prototype tools and production tools, as well as any necessary modifications and repairs.
