L.Z. Form Ltd. is a Hungarian-owned company established in 1991. Our business started with toolmaking and later expanded to include plastic injection molding and medical device manufacturing. In addition to our three core profiles, we also provide CNC machining services of mechanical components. This combination of capabilities allows our partners to manage several consecutive manufacturing stages with a single supplier. We are constantly expanding and modernizing our machinery to meet the latest technological and market requirements.

Since 2004, we have been manufacturing plastic and metal components for medical devices, as well as providing assembly and packaging services. In medical device manufacturing, a clean working environment, documented processes, traceability and consistent quality management are especially important.
At our plastic injection molding facility, we manufacture components for industrial and medical technology applications. Our partners operate in sectors including electronics, precision engineering, furniture manufacturing and medical device manufacturing. Our Engel, Demag and Fanuc injection molding machines provide a reliable production platform for projects with with different bacth sizes.
Toolmaking has been one of our main competencies since our company was founded. Based on a sample part, 2D drawing or 3D model, we provide the design of plastic injection molds, the manufacture of prototype and production tools, and perform any necessary modifications and repairs.
